The Challenge

  • Go beyond endorsement make Bhumi's identity as a nature advocate and the collection's floral sustainability DNA feel genuinely unified, not transactional.

  • Communicate thematic depth (femininity, nature, versatility) to a mass-premium audience.

  • Make the convertible, multi-wear mechanic the collection's hero differentiator legible.

  • Developed the end-to-end campaign concept mood boards, visual identity, and tone-of-voice 

  • Mapped each piece's botanical inspiration to a visual narrative

  • Resolved the convertible jewellery communication challenge

Pre-Production

  • Curated the hero jewellery edit for visual storytelling potential and convertibility demonstration.

  • Managed celebrity coordination and contract alignment with celeb's team ahead of shoot.

  • Curated all scripts and storyboards for the hero film and short-form formats.

On-Ground Production

  • Managed the celebrity team relationship throughout the shoot approvals & creative continuity.

  • Tracked the full deliverable shot list live.

  • Ran on-set compliance checks product visibility, brand mood, and asset.

Post-Production

  • Curated final image selects for retail, e-commerce, print, and digital.

  • Supervised colour grading, sound, and edit cuts delivered versions from the hero asset.

  • Managed all stakeholder review cycles and edit sign-offs across internal and external teams.

Omnichannel Rollout

  • Adapted hero content into platform-native formats and performance marketing layouts 

  • Oversaw pan-India rollout of BTL assets, including mall hoardings, airport displays, and retail installations.
